Dog Boarding Reservation Policies
Peak or seasonal rates may apply. Holiday and Peak Season reservations require a two day ($80) deposit per pet. Deposits are fully refundable with cancellation notice of 8 days. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation will lose the deposit. Standard check-out time is 12pm. An additional day's charge ($40) will apply if your pet is picked up after 12pm and you have not booked a Gold or Silver package. Multi-pet discount applies to each additional family pet sharing the same room. Please see our requirements and Guest Policies that apply to all pets visiting 4 Paws Pet Resort.

Dog Daycare Reservation Policies
Daycare Packages can be split among multiple family dogs. Packages are non-refundable and valid for one year. Days do not need to be used consecutively.

Dip & Go
Our Dip & Go treatment is specially medicated to treat dogs with ticks. Your pet is dipped in the medicated solution and sent home to air dry (with no petting) for up to 72-hours.

Grooming Reservation Policies
No Show and Cancellation of Appointments:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the service, charged as a credit for your next grooming appointment. No-Show entails that an appointment was scheduled and time was blocked off for the service to be provided but client did not show up for the appointment. No-Show will be charged 100% of the charges for that visit and prepayment may be required for future services. Please see our requirements and Guest Policies (below) that apply to all pets visiting 4 Paws Pet Resort.
GUEST POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS
Required Canine Vaccinations
At least 48 hours prior to your dog's arrival for any service at 4 Paws Pet Resort, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your dog is up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2) and Bordetella. Please send records to [email protected].
Required Feline Vaccinations
At least 48 hours prior to your cat's arrival for any service at 4 Paws Pet Resort, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your cat is up to date on Rabies & FVRCP. Please send records to [email protected].
Feeding & Medication
We care about your pet's safety and comfort. We encourage you to bring the food your pet eats at home to enjoy while they stay with us (and, unlike other facilities, we won't charge you an extra fee for custom meal preparation!). Changing a pet’s food can cause stomach irritation and digestive issues, so we prefer to feed them the food they regularly eat. If you forget your food for meals – no worries! Our high-quality in-house food can be provided at the owner's request for $5 per day/per pet. We can administer oral or topical medications for your pet, but not injections. An additional fee of $1 per dose administration applies. Prescription medications should be provided in their respective prescription containers, along with clear written directions.
Flea & Tick Preventative
Dogs and cats are required to be up to date on flea and tick preventative. If you do not have your own, we can provide ours for $25 per pet, and it is good for 30 days. Our grooming team offers a medicated "Dip & Go" treatment as a walk-in service, for pets who need a more in-depth elimination treatment.

General Health
General Health: All pets must be in good general health to visit 4 Paws Pet Resort. 4 Paws Pet Resort will not accept pets exhibiting signs of serious illness, pets with contagious viruses or parasites, or any pet we feel may need veterinary care or supervision. 4 Paws is not staffed for skilled veterinary care; and we may not be able to handle geriatric pets or other pets needing significant or special care. Pets over 15 years of age must have documented, prior-approval from vet.
