TERMS & AGREEMENT
Cancellations require 48 hours notice. All cancellations without proper notice will incur a two-day charge per pet. During holidays there is a non-refundable two-day deposit per pet.
Guest(s) is to be with us from the dates given, and final payment is due upon arrival of guest(s).
We of 4 Paws, agree to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep the kennel premises sanitary and properly enclosed. Said guests are boarded, handled and cared for by the 4 Paws staff without liability on us for loss, damage from disease, death or unavoidable causes, when due diligence and care have been exercised. If the said guest{s} become seriously ill, the owner shall be notified at once and the designated vet will be contacted. If there is no designated veterinarian or we cannot reach that party, we will provide medical attention to said guest{s}.
ANY and ALL expenses incurred during the pet's stay shall be the sole responsibility of the owner. Any and all additional charges for veterinarian services, medications or surgeries are to be paid for by the owner at the time of the pet's departure. The said pets have not been exposed to RABIES, PARVO, DISTEMPER, CORONA, OR KENNEL COUGH within the last 30 days, and that the annual required license has been obtained. 4 Paws Pet Resort will not be held responsible for any items left, destroyed, or lost.
Owners are responsible for any and all charges that may occur because of damages inflicted by said guest{s}. Including but not limited to damage & damages inflicted to staff members. The Check out time is 12:00 pm. Any pick-up after 12:00 pm, the client is charged for that day. Last pick-up of the day is 5:00 pm.
Guests being groomed on the day of pick up, must note a pick up time. Any guest being picked up before their scheduled pick up time that has not been groomed, will pay a $15.00 office call fee. Any changes for the scheduled pick up time must be made 24 hours in advance.
