Cancellations require 48 hours notice.

Cancellations without proper notice will incur a two-day charge per animal.  During holidays there is a non-refundable two-day deposit per animal.

Please alert us of any current health problems such as epilepsy, hyper ventilation, ect.  By doing so, it allows us to know what to watch for.  If our guest in on any medication, please be sure to bring it with.  We will administer it faithfully and the name of your veterinarian will be kept on file.

Check-ins are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Saturday.  Please allow 10-30 minutes for checking in.  Check out time is 12:00 pm; if you are unable to pick up your pet by this time, an additional days charge will be assessed.  We do offer a Sunday pick up at 4:00 pm only; this must be pre-arranged.  This is a courtesy for our guests and there will be a boarding charge for Sunday. 

Shot records are required before the check-in date to verify that everything is correct and up-to-date.  Note: A fee of $10.00 will be added to your bill for us to call your vet for shot records.  Sorry; no home or breeder shots accepted.

*Note: If Bordetella is given intra-nasal, it must be given 7 days prior to your pets stay!!
