Cancellations require 48 hours notice.
Cancellations without proper notice will incur a two-day charge per pet. During holidays there is a non-refundable two-day deposit per pet.
Check-In and Check-Outs
Check-ins are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Saturday. Please allow 10-30 minutes for checking in. Check out time is 12:00 PM; if you are unable to pick up your pet by this time, an additional days charge will be assessed. We now offer Sunday pick-up and Drop-off times. Pick-up at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM and drop-off at either 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM. This does have to be pre-arranged.
Vaccination Requirements
Shot records are required before the check-in date to verify that everything is correct and up-to-date. Note: A fee of $10.00 will be added to your bill for us to call your vet for shot records. Sorry; no home or breeder shots accepted.

Bio Spot: A topical flea/tick/mosquito preventative is applied to each guest upon admittance. This is an added charge of $10.00 per pet. If you currently apply your own flea and tick preventative, we must have proof from your veterinarian and/or need to witness the application. |
